Ordering and Shipping Information
Placing Online orders
All merchandise that we sell is 100% genuine and original. There is no
imitations or knock-offs.
To place an order online, just click the "buy"
button next to the item(s) you wish to purchase. If you wish to make
multiple purchases, click on the "Continue Shopping" button. You may at any
time see the details of your order by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link.
Once you are done shopping click on the "Checkout" link on the right hand
side below your order list and you will then be on the Customer Information
/ Checkout page on which you will be able to enter your billing and shipping
information. If you have never shopped with us before, you will need to
register as a new customer by filling out the information boxes on the right
side of your screen. You will then be on the "Address & Payment info" page;
If the billing and the shipping addresses are the same, just click on the
arrow "Copy if the same" in the middle of the page, if the shipping address
differs from the billing address, fill out all the boxes on the right side
of the screen.
Please keep in mind that UPS doesn't deliver
to P.O. boxes, so you must enter a physical address for delivery.
When this is done, enter your payment
information, including the CVV, and chose your delivery method in the
appropriate box. If you would like us to gift-wrap your package or include a
greeting card, click on the proper boxes and enter your message. These
services are professionally done and are free of charge. When these steps
are done, you may click on the "Proceed with order" button. You will then be
on the Confirmation page, where you'll have the total detailed amount of
your order, including shipping fee, and sales tax when applicable; Review
all the information on the page, and if everything is correct, click on the
"Confirm and Process order" button. This will be the final page of your
order. It includes the invoice number, which is also your UPS tracking
number. Your order will now be ready to process and ship.
Returning Customers
If you have shopped with us before, in the "Checking Out" page, please enter your email address and the password you entered on your last visit in the "Returning Customer" box, then click on the "Login" button below this box. You may then click on the order number to see the detail of that order.Placing Fax Orders
You may place your order by fax at (305) 948-0599. Please make sure to include all necessary information: Full description of item(s), your name, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, amount of order and your signature. We will also require photocopies of the credit card used (front and back) and of a picture I.D. We will confirm your order within 24 hours. You may request for the items you purchase to be gift wrapped at no extra charge. Simply click on "Gift Wrap" in the checkout menu. You can also add a message by entering it in the "Special Instructions" window. We will print your message on a gift card.Payment Methods

Sales Tax
Being a Florida based company, state law requires us to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Florida. All orders shipped outside the state of Florida are exempt from sales tax.Order Confirmation
For orders placed online, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail almost instantly after your order has been placed and for orders placed by fax, please allow 24 hours for us to respond.Returns & Exchanges
You may return an item within 14 days after you have received it. Please call our customer service line at (866) 338-8376 or e-mail us at service@imaginationperfumery.com to obtain an authorization number. If you decide for any reason to return an item, please make sure it has not been opened. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Returned item(s) must be in resalable condition. We will issue a refund to your credit card at the time we receive the item back from you. Please note that unless there has been a mistake on our part, the shipping charges will not be refunded. On orders where the shipping is free, we will credit the account for the full amount minus the actual shipping fees paid to the carrier. We will gladly exchange any item within 14 days you have received. In the event it has been a mistake on our part or you received a defective item, please contact our customer service and we will send you a UPS return label via e-mail. All you will have to do is repack the item(s), put the UPS return label on the package and drop it off at a UPS drop off location. Shipping Costs and Delivery schedule
We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping on all orders $75 and up in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.For orders totaling less than $75, the delivery charge for Ground Service in the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is $5.95.
Other shipping options
Please check the table below for the maximum estimated delivery time.Please keep in mind that weekends and
holidays are not considered business days. For example an order made on a
Thursday by second-day air will not be delivered until the following
business day. If you place an order on a Friday and must have your package
delivered on a Saturday, there will be an extra $12.50 charge on top of the
UPS Next Day Air cost.

Orders received by 1:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day and orders received at a later time will either ship the same day or the next day. For UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day, orders can be shipped the same day if orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time, however customers must call our customers service department for confirmation.Order Status

Finding Products / Searching Tips
Whether you are looking for a particular brand or product, our searching tools will make it easy for you. If you are looking for a brand (example: Burberry), use our scroll down menu "Select a Brand" and all the brands available will show in alphabetical order. If you know the product's name but do not know the brand, you may use our "enter keyword" search to enter the name of the item you are looking for. You may also use one of the 5 categories (Women, Men, Kid, Bath and Body, Gift Sets) to find what you are looking for. Back Orders & Out of Stock Products
We try our best to keep all items in stock but in the event an item you request is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an e-mail or contact you by phone. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we may offer you the item in a different size or package. You can decide to either have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.Fraudulent orders and credit card fraud
We work with state and federal law enforcement in every instance of credit card fraud. Because we regularly use the US Postal Service, any fraud committed against us will also be prosecuted as mail fraud.
